The space
- Large living room space on 2nd floor
- Large Kitchen on 2nd floor with smart fridge, beverage cooler, and all standard appliances
- Half bathroom on 2nd floor
- 3rd floor Master bedroom with king bed, desk, soaking tub and separate shower in bathroom
- 1st floor bedroom with a queen bed and own full bathroom
- 3rd floor bedroom with a queen bed and own full bathroom
- Shared 2 car garage (I have a vehicle in garage)

You will have access to enter the gate, garage, and almost entire house. Small closet on 1st floor and master closet will not be accessible by guests.

Garage opener will be $150 if a replacement is needed. (I am almost always out of town and need to hire someone to replace and reprogram, hence the amount)
