With 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, you will be ideally located just a 10 minute drive from downtown, and walking distance to East Nashville, where you'll have access to some of the hippest bars, restaurants & music Nashville has to offer. This light-filled home is decorated with modern furnishings. The beautifully appointed kitchen offers a perfect place to gather and cook with your friends and family. Off of the upstairs master bedroom you will see breath taking views of the Nashville skyline.

If they are, it is a $55 charge.Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests.
Please do NOT use the towels to remove your make-up or the linen clean-up will get charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towels. If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean up.
No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found.
Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint.
For guest's safety, we do NOT allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee.
When parking, please do not block the neighbors' driveway and if parking on the street, please follow the street parking rules.
Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Cats are not allowed due to allergies. Please reach out before booking if you are bringing a pet. The initial pet fee is $350. There is also a mandatory monthly cleaning at expense of the guest. Unauthorized pets are charged at $100 per night, so please be sure to make arrangements prior to your stay.
If pets are allowed, please make sure to pick up your pet litter, or extra cleaning charges will apply.
