This brand new home lies on 10 acres on a private dirt road, offers a quiet escape from the daily grind. Can drive regular car but 4 wheel drive best in winter months.
This very cozy three bedroom ranch home , sleeps 6, two bathrooms,
living room, and additional living room with a fireplace to add to the coziness and warmth of the home.
There is a lovely dining area in the kitchen including a kitchen island that can seat 6 people comfortably.
There is a mud room for the entrance at the back of the house for your convenience.
This home is 24 minutes from Windham Mountain, and 22 minutes to Hunter Mountain. Local shopping and restaurants. Local hiking and State Park available. Not far from Cooperstown and Howe Cavern.
No pets allowed. Must provide your own bed linens, blankets, and towels (1 queen bed, 1 full, and 3 twin). No Cable, no internet. Roku TV available but must use your own hot spot. Cell phones work in & around house. No public garbage pick up, must take with you when check out. Thank you
