This large, comfortable and beautifully furnished split leveled, three-storied home has all the amenities you want, and it is just down the road from Main Street Breckenridge! All new Kitchen and bathrooms Summer 2023! Sleeps 12 comfortably. Seven minutes from ski slopes on maintained roads, the 4 miles to town is an easy scenic drive past open areas, mountain views and the small mountain lake known as the Goose Pasture Tarn.
The flat driveway from highway to garage is always maintained after a snowfall. The house sits 60 yards from the Highway 9. View of Red mountain in the front of home and National forest in the back! This home is private, yet close to all the activities, shops and restaurants. We just added five 10Ft Colorado Spruce for added privacy in the back by the deck!
You will enjoy the warm fireplaces on the sunny main and upper floors, radiant heat throughout, and the large, always hot and ready to use brand new 7 person hot tub on back deck which is surrounded by trees. Top of the line gas fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs waiting for you on the deck!
Surrounded by windows, this 3,332 sq. ft. home is open, bright and inviting with two large family rooms, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms PLUS a large game room with pool table and TV downstairs. Multiple generations and families will all have a place to gather and relax and make wonderful memories. Sleeps 12 in beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in game room.
The full sized washer & dryer on top floor and another full sized set on the bottom level makes for convenience with a house full of people. All smart TVs in the living areas and bedrooms that have a tv. All bedrooms have humidifiers. There is high speed wifi throughout the house. Two car detached garage with plenty of space for your car, skis and boards.
