Completely furnished kitchen and full-size appliances. Kid friendly items: cabinet locks, outlet covers, baby gate, baby monitor, booster chair, kid toilet, clip-on table baby seat. Wifi included, 40" Smart TV in living room, 32" TV & air conditioning in master bedroom (which is unlike most other one-bedroom units in the building). Head out for a meal at the lodge or stay in to cook a family meal - brand new gas grill provided. Washer & dryer included in the unit. Heated underground parking for one car per condo unit. Elevator - no stairs needed to access the condo unit.
