This two-bedroom/two-bathroom condo has ground-floor access and is right next to the Kicking Horse lift for super easy mountain access. The property features a master with a king bed and is ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an extra twin if needed for kids. The second bathroom is in the hallway by this bedroom. The kitchen/dining area/living room is open and perfect for family gatherings. In addition, the deck off the main living area has breathtaking views of the valley and comes with a private gas grill. The property comes with cable/wi-fi provided by Xfinity and a community hot tub is a few feet from the front door. There is ample outdoor/unassigned parking. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation no matter what the time of year as Granby Ranch offers not just skiing in the winter but mountain biking, golf, fishing, paddle boarding, and hiking outside of the ski season. The resort has summer concerts and events as well in the summer. This location is a short distance from the City Market in Granby for groceries, etc. In addition, it is a short drive to Grand Lake, Winter Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
