Downstairs a master bedroom with full en-suite provides access to a spacious sun deck for lounging, dining or BBQ's. Upstairs a seperate fully fitted bathroom, double bedroom with private sun terrace and a third twin room as well as utility room with washing machine. This is a perfect location for families or friends desiring a comfortable and relaxed holiday with access to busy tourist attractions but staying just outside the main tourist traps for a greater sense of peace and calm. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, electric ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer and all mod cons. Direct access from the kitchen and living area to downstairs sun terrace and outside dining area and the all important sea views. There is a BBQ available for use on the lower terrace for cooking outside if you wish.
