Simple holiday home in Telemark, in a rural location yet not far from the coast. Well suited for a family and/or fishing holiday. The quiet lakes in the neighbourhood are ideal for swimming and exciting fishing trips. Fishing licence required. Here you can enjoy nature, go hiking and pick berries and mushrooms. There is plenty of wildlife in the forest. The large meadow is ideal for outdoor activities such as football or badminton. On the sunny terrace you can relax, barbecue or enjoy the catch of the day. On the main road is the Kragerø riding centre, where you can go for a horse ride. If you prefer to play golf or tennis, you only need to drive 10 km to Sannidal, where there is also a small shopping centre. In Stabbestad, 20 kilometres away, there is a wellness hotel and a swimming pool by the sea. Visit beautiful Kragerø, a pearl among coastal towns with festivals, boat hire and everything a town has to offer, plus ferries to several islands and Jomfruland, which is well worth a visit. Kragerø, the entire coastal road 351 and the Sørland town of Risør are a paradise for geocaching. In Brokelandsheia on the E18 is 'Den lille dyrehage', a small zoo with Norway's largest rainforest. You can also visit the famous Telemark Canal.
