Summary: The property is very nice, clean, and located on a very large resort style community with access to all amenities. The game room is what sold me for our kids but the internet did not work on day 1. We were planning a movie night that did not happen. The customer service rep was nice but stated there are limited workers after 5pm and we needed to wait until the next day. They finally fixed the internet in Day 2 but….we STILL couldn’t use the projector screen to watch a movie because the Roku remote did not work. Ugh!!! We changed batteries and etc. too. We were not happy about it! Also, the pool alarm goes off every time you open a door which was quite annoying. We love the feature but the high pitch sound was excruciating at times. Overall, our family loved the amenities and how close we were to the grocery store and Disney World. We would stay again.
