The main level has comfy sofas for afternoon book reading or watching movies, extremely large dining room table with room for everyone, gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, wet bar, large gathering rooms, gas fireplace, laundry, hardwood floors throughout and access to the must-have outdoor shower along with the path to the beach. There will be a herb garden for those who like to be creative in the kitchen. Floor plans are open for entertaining with an abundance of private spaces for when one needs to getaway. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bath. There is a first floor master bedroom, 2 bedrooms upstairs, and another bedroom/studio space with twin beds that is separate and is accessed from the second floor deck. The lower level has a pocket door for sound control and offers a movie entertainment area, ping pong table, plenty of games, and 2 sets of bunk beds to handle guest overflow. But the real prize here may be the upstairs deck with hanging chairs. Enjoy cocktails, incredible views with waves crashing the shore, and some of the very best sunsets on Cape Cod. Shark Place is conveniently located on the North side of Cape Cod off the historic Old Kings Highway (Route 6A) and is adjacent to popular Corporation Beach with clam shacks, restaurants, museums, live theatre at the Cape Playhouse, movies at Cape Cinema, local public market for wine and groceries, farm stands with local produce, and gift and antique shops for treasure shopping nearby.
