Inside, you’ll find an open-concept main living area that’s both stylish and welcoming. The home features three well-appointed bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, plus a finished lower level with additional sleeping space. A loft area adds even more flexibility, featuring a comfortable couch, flat-screen TV, and a desk. Enjoy modern comforts like central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer, as well as outdoor seating/dining with a grill for cookouts.
From the home, private beach access is available via a path and a set of stairs leading down to the sandy shoreline - giving you a peaceful spot to enjoy the beauty of the bay. After visiting the beach, rinse off with ease at the outdoor shower (not enclosed), but perfectly positioned for a quick and refreshing rinse while enjoying the sea air. Whether you’re here for sun, sea, or simply some much-needed rest, this property delivers an unforgettable Cape Cod experience.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
