Positive: A adequate location and property with bed and general amenities.
Negative: Kitchen should of been better equipped with drying towels, better pans, crockery drying rack and deep cleaned more thoroughly..There was a lot of dirt, grease in the cupboards. There was NO lock on the back door so we felt unsafe, the garden needed attention with the patio and fence. The house and garden was mainly used by a builder who smoked heavily and caused the house to fill up with smoke. We were told previous tenants who caused trouble still were able to access the property due to lack of security and the landlord kept the back door open due to the builders pathetic habit. The white painted doors and walls were covered by dirt and fingerprints. Please improve ASAP and stop spending money on materialistic items like Bluetooth mirrors and large baths, etc. Instead pay more for basic house items utensils and security!?
