This apartment is located in Sukhumvit Soi 15, a quite area and easy to travel around Bangkok. It is easy to reach Bts, Mrt, Canal Boat Station either by walking or use our free shuttle. It is walking distance to the most entertainment area in Sukhumvit Soi 11, where there are restaurants/bars/7-11/supermarket/hospital and easy to walk to back of the lane to Airport Rail Link Line/Mrt and even to use boat in the canal to reach Grand Palace/Siam Paragon Shopping.
Executive Summary of this Apartment are:
1. Location, location, location: it is located in very prime area, where you can walk to an entertainment center of Sukhumvit Soi 11,
2. Free shuttle to go to the main road,
3. Walking to Mrt from back of lane to Airport Rail Link station,
4. Walking to Canal speed boat station to go to city, Grand Palace, Siam Paragon shopping mall,
5. Easy to walk up as it is on 2nd floor, no need to wait for elevator,
6. It is quite area so it is comfortable to sleep at night, no Brt sky train noise, scooter/tuk tuk noise (it is quite bad, if you stay near main road).
7. Electricity and Water are inclusive so no hassle of how much electricity/water consumption. We have imposed Resort fee to cover the electricity and water expenses on the Room price to make it easy for both parties.
What are not available in this Apartment:
1. No daily cleaning provided, however, you can contact Host to coordinate with cleaner (reasonable cleaning fee about Thb1000 , inclusive cleaning, change linens/towels, if cleaning only Thb500, no linens/towels change).
2. No Breakfast provided but it is very easy to buy from supermarket and prepare your own breakfast.
The photos tell you whole story of this apartment, which as 2 bedrooms ensuite with 3 bathrooms: 1 bath tub/shower in first bathroom, 1 shower room in second bathroom and 3rd bathroom is a dried bathroom (without shower) for the guests to use attached to the living room. There are living room with sofa and dinning table in square shape. It is well furnished as per photos. This is 10 years old apartment but we have maintained it well. It may not look modern but it looks cozy so if you look for nice/warm/cleaned apartment, this is appropriate for your stay. However, if you look for very modern/new furniture/new Building/new Gym/new pool, this apartment is not appropriate for you.

Free Car Park, Free WIFI In The Apartment And Whole Building, Free Gym (the Gym is very very simple and good for simple exercise, especially dumbbells, other equipment is old, if you expect to have professional Gym, this place is not for you). Free Swimming Pool on Rooftop.
