The Serenity Now in Perdido Key, Pensacola, FL offers an extraordinary atmosphere for a tranquil water front retreat on Perdido Bay. It is cozy & intimate for a romantic get-a-way or a family vacation. This newly interior designed home is located on Innerarity Point Road, which provides privacy with peace & quiet. Yet, you are still conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, public beaches & several tourist attractions. The house is bright & comfortable. There is plenty of room & seating both inside & out from the 2 private decks & the large covered outdoor area we call “Crabby Moe's” which is just steps from the sand beach, Perdido Bay & the quiet community pool! This home is a cheerful & restorative alternative to the hectic hubbub of busy beach resorts. Our Gulf Coast Florida townhome has three levels. Parking & covered breezy outdoor area just steps from the water are on the first level. On the second floor you’ll find the living room with expansive views of the bay from the large deck, large kitchen with direct view to the water, dining area, powder room, and laundry closet. The deck has a bar height table and chairs for your enjoyment. On the 3rd level you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bath has 2 sinks & a large vanity with lighted makeup mirror and a tub shower combo. This room is equipped with a queen size bed and a flat screen TV with a Roku streaming media box for access to movies and music. Go to sleep watching the moon rise over the water and wake up to gorgeous sunrises over the bay while you sip on your morning cup of coffee. The 2nd bedroom with a view of the intercoastal waters & another full bathroom is on this level. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. This home sleeps 4 in beds cozy up onto the most comfortable cozy sofa in the living room if a 5th person needs to stay! Book a dolphin cruise or a sunset cruise while you are here. Bring your bikes & take a ride around the island to view the scenery. Tour the National Naval Museum, home to the Blue Angels or make a day of it at Johnson's Beach just a few miles away. Other activities just minutes away include golf & boating at Lost Key Resort Golf Course & Marina. The townhouse is very clean. Well kept. In a great area. The pictures do not do it justice. The townhouse was just as described. With all the comforts of home & a spectacular view from each balcony. Such a perfect view to wake to each morning. Far from the crowded touristy areas but just a short drive from anything you would want to do. I highly recommend paying the $15 to get access to Johnson beach. The $15 grants you access for an entire week & allows access to Fort Pickens also. Well worth it. Beautiful beaches, clean, not crowded (unless of course you head to Pensacola Beach) I also recommend a day at the Naval Air Base. The museum & lighthouse are really very interesting. The little beach right outside of the condo was very private and it was usually just us out there. My children loved so many things in the home including the beach right outside our door, the Blue Heron that visited daily, and the sweet second bedroom that was just perfect for them. My only wish was that we could have stayed longer. We will DEFINITELY be back and stay! It was just as described, the owners were so friendly and prompt with information and replies, and the location and price were perfect! Owners were fantastic!. Best vacation ever!
