Lovely Gulf of Mexico views from living room and MBR in this 5th floor condo in the low-rise (8 floors) Ocean Breeze East building! The living room features gulf views from a large sliding glass door. It has a new comfortable sectional sofa with a queen-sized pull out bed, a large (50”) flat screen TV with blue ray DVD player, and a good selection of DVDs. There are quality audio stereo speakers for evening or rainy day entertainment! The master bedroom features gulf views from a sliding glass door. It has a new Casper King mattress, with new bedding, desk, large dresser and flat screen TV. The ensuite BR has a single vanity with a shower tub combo and ample storage. The small (generally one person) but efficient kitchen is well-stocked, and includes a drip coffee maker and toaster oven. Counter tops, sink and backsplash tile are new! The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a new Nectar mattress, new bedding, a large dresser with flat-screen TV and a good-sized closet. The guest bedroom is adjacent to the hall bath which has a single vanity, shower-tub combo and ample storage. The private balcony features new patio furniture with a 4-person table for eating and enjoying the unobstructed gulf beach views! In addition, there are two rocking chairs for ultimate relaxation. No unsupervised children on the balcony at any time!! There is an unlocked storage closet off of the balcony that has folding chairs, umbrellas, and a few other beach items for guest use. Also for convenience, there is a utility room in the unit with a stacked washer/dryer combo that includes plenty of laundry soap and other laundry items. Four adults maximum can be accommodated in this unit (please refer to the Rules and Occupancy section of the listing) There is only one parking spot available for the unit. This rule is strictly enforced by the property management. Also please note that smoking is strictly prohibited everywhere on the property, including the balcony and beach. Summary: Great to work with. Always a quick response to our questions. Beautiful ocean front. Nothing between you and the Gulf but sand. Close to restaurants, a couple you can walk to. Watch the Blue Angles practice or go to the Naval Air station and museum just a short drive away. The unit is clean and well stocked with appliances and kitchen supplies. Hard to beat. Stay and enjoy. We have already scheduled our next visit!
