Welcome to Crystal Shores West 604. This condo has an open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living area that allows you to enjoy being directly on the beach with beautiful ocean views. It's centrally located and allows you easy access to restaurants and The Hangout is 1 mile from the condo.
The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This full service kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals while you enjoy your vacation. There is seating for 3 at the bar and a dining table that seats 4.
The living room features 2 glider chairs, a pull out sofa, and a new 55" flat screen TV. A sliding door, with room darkening curtains, allows access to the balcony.
The master bedroom features a king bed with a 40" TV. You also have access to the balcony and room darkening curtains. Enjoy your own private master bathroom.
The secondary bedroom features a queen bed with a 32" TV. The bathroom attached to this bedroom has access from the main living area as well.

You must be at least 25 years old to book a reservation. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire stay that was booked.
Fees include the cleaning of the room after your departure and 1 parking pass. You may purchase an additional parking pass at the front office for $40. These costs are set by the HOA and only 2 passes per condo are allowed. Please note the condo is located on the 6th floor. There are 4 floors of parking. This condo does not have assigned parking.
Check In: Check in is at 4:00 PM. We try to accommodate early check in if possible.
Check Out: Check out is at 10:00 AM.
No smoking in the room or on the balcony.
No animals are allowed per the Condo Association.
There is a 3 night minimum stay.
What you should bring- Guests receive starter dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, soap & toilet paper. Starter supplies are not intended to last the duration of your trip. Please bring your own beach towels. Linens for the bathroom and all beads are provided.
