Situated in Egmont Village only a ten minute drive from New Plymouth, also only a 10 min drive to Egmont National Park where you can take in our majestic Mt Taranaki. NPL Mountain Bikers club at Lake Mangamhoe is just a few minutes away, you can even ride your bike there! Some of the greatest mountain bike rides you can do in Taranaki.
Contemporary in design with a river and rural back drop, the house has mid century touches with warm timber and suspended ceiling providing a great sense of space. Two well appointed relaxed and comfortable living areas, both of which open beautifully to the outdoors. After a day out exploring, curl up and listen to the calming river flowing. A fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances will make cooking a pleasure.
Perfect for the family getaway featuring various wings of the home providing space and privacy for everyone. Five spacious bedrooms all with comfortable beds and quality bed linen for a restful nights sleep. Two modern bathrooms on both levels of the house and an extra toilet room on the main living level. Great attention to detail for guest comfort including plenty of off street parking, 2 x heat pumps, unlimited WIFI, fully equipped laundry and a large smart tv and surround sound system.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
Other Details:
The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
