Positive: No breakfast, Location was perfect. You might want people to know they will be framing a new house next door in the near future.
Negative: No access to ESPN sports channel. Couldn’t watch Mariners, Huskies or SEAHAWKS games.
Summary: All in all great property, will probably rent again.
