Quite, Peaceful & Serene, But So Close To All The Action! This is just the start of the description of Serenity Barn Guest House! It literally takes 4 minutes to get to The Cooperstown Dreams Park. Newly remodeled barn apartment with Amazing Views! Rent independently or with Serenity House across the street (Property # 7149920), to accommodate 8 more guests. Just 3 miles from The Cooperstown Dreams Park and The Baseball Hall of Fame. All new furnishings. Enjoy the peaceful views from the back deck located right off the kitchen/dining/living area. The master bedroom is brand new and has a new, attached full bathroom and a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a full bed and bunk beds and uses the other full bathroom right down the hall. This rental includes everything you can imagine as well as some amenities you won’t believe! Between games, enjoy the peaceful views and quiet surroundings on the lawn or deck. There is a gas BBQ Grill for your use as well. We have provided a variety of books & games for indoor entertainment. A washer & dryer are provided for your convenience. We respectfully request you use only for the house guests. While our home will not accommodate your team party, we can invite you to Cooper's Barn, just 1 ½ miles down the road.
