It is just minutes from downtown Cooperstown and Dreams Park, tucked away on a quiet side road with amazing views of the valley below. The lower-level apartment is easily accessible by stairs from the driveway. Once around back you have your own private entrance with deck space for outdoor dining and eating. There is also a wonderful hammock spot just off the deck in the trees behind the house, giving you a true feel for the name, Breezy Hills.
Inside this well-laid-out studio apartment, you will find everything you need for your short stay in the area. The studio living space has a queen bed, a comfy couch, a 50" ROKU SmartTv, a dining area, and a twin bed. Immediately adjacent to the living area is a perfect kitchenette with natural light from the window, open shelving to make the space feel larger, and even a 2 burner electric stovetop, mini fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. This little kitchenette is just right for your time away from home.

Summary: This apartment is in a great convenient location between downtown Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Everything you need is there and it is perfectly clean. The owners live above- this was great since I was mostly by myself, but we only saw each other a few times. That being said, we promptly texted back and forth! Great stay!
