The extra large living room can be used as the third bedroom with a twin comfortable bed. Every room has a TV that is connected to internet with Roku and swivels in all directions. -For stays under two weeks: the cleaning fee is $165.
-For stays longer than two weeks, the housekeeping charge is $165 for every two weeks, with the last two-week period calculated as a full two weeks if it stays exceeds one week.
Housekeeping Service includes:
- Laundering sheets and towels and setting up the bed with fresh linens.
- Cleaning the bathrooms, including the toilet, sink, shower, Tub, mirrors, and countertops.
- Cleaning the Kitchen and taking out the garbage.
- General cleaning, including Mopping, vacuuming, dusting,
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and trash can liners for two weeks.
