Our home is comfortable and welcoming and we will try our very best to make sure you enjoy your stay.
Perfect for monthly getaways or winter retreat. The location is most convenient: Literally a one minute drive or a quick walk to the River Mall where you can enjoy fine dining, shopping, and movies.
Or drive 5 minutes to nearby luxurious El Paseo with a Mac store, Gucci, Whole Foods, and many more--the desert's Rodeo Drive.
We are close to all desert attractions: 9 miles to Palm Springs’ art galleries and festivals, casino, Ariel tramway, shopping, bike and hiking trails, restaurants, and movies.
Our home is not a newly remodeled, high-end experience—if you are looking for sleek stainless steel and glass furnishing, this might not be the place for you. It’s not a 7-star Westin resort experience either, but, modest as it is, it's comfortable, it’s all fun and relaxation, the views can’t be beat, the community is very friendly, and we feel you can make yourself a home in the desert there.
Of course the home will be professionally cleaned before you arrive.
Our pricing reflects the older but clean and fully functioning facilities. We offer a simple Nespresso espresso maker along with a traditional coffee maker.
We have new area rugs (July 2019) in the living room and entry along with a Broyhill comfy sofa.
In the primary bedroom, we have elected to keep the carpeting. It is older, but a pretty cocoa color and is shampooed between guests.
In the front is a courtyard with a barbecue, tables, and chairs. You will find comfort and relaxation and everything you need to feel right at home. This is a one-story ground floor unit with no stairs. Two queen beds, with TVs in each room.
Inside you’ll have views of the 15th hole with the deck bordering the fairway itself
The kitchen is mostly original with a new refrigerator (as of end of June 2019).
Please be aware that this is the desert and you may see a bug or two especially during hot spells. Ants can be a problem in any home and we will do our best to fight them off with a monthly service.
In the garage there is parking for one car, with driveway for additional spaces. You will have use of two bicycles, washer/dryer and Wifi with basic cable. The washer is new as of end of Feb 2019.
For a fee, you can play on the 18 hole executive course, use the on-site driving range, 11 tennis courts, and 8 pickle ball courts. Lessons available.
You can swim in any of the 21 heated swimming pools or relax in the 19 spas, which you will usually have to yourself.
The clubhouse features a full-service restaurant as well as a coffee shop grill along with an Olympic-sized pool.

Tennis/Pickleball Guest Fees are $10 per person, limit of 4 visits per guest per year. (Exceptions for family members)
No smoking, parties or drugs please. We live a few hours away but we are available by cell phone or email and will handle any issues or questions promptly. Minimum stay is 28 days.
Please note: We prefer our guests to check in and out on the first day of the calendar months. We usually don't allow a reservation to start in the middle of a month. However, if your schedule is not flexible, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. We know this may present an inconvenience, and apologize for that.
