Positive: The space was great for our purpose. We were a group of friends who wanted to do telework on a place away from the noise of the city. The apartment is very spacious for 5 people (it could have fitted up to 15 i think, if people wanted to share rooms), and we had enough space for working in private or together if we wanted since there is plenty space in the living rooms, on the terrace and on the rooms. The kitchen was big and spacious, and well equipped.
Negative: Nothing to complain about, but little things i would improve would be having a small desk in each room (very specific for our use case), and maybe a non stick option for pans in the kitchen.
