La Coma d'en Roca is a restored 17th century stone house that stands out due to its elevated location in La Vall de Bianya, which gives it exceptional views. It has large common spaces and an impressive garden culminated by a fenced pool facing the Massif of Cabrerès.
The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a 50inch flatscreen TV and large windows overlooking the garden. Also, the dining room consists of seven restored oak wood tables, the fully equipped kitchen with a large restored wood table, a small library with a flat-screen TV that can act as a room and a toilet.
The first floor is composed for four double rooms and a quadruple room with a mezzanine, all of them with full indoor bathroom. It also has a second living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, Playstation 4 and a collection of games and movies.
The estate has a land of 50 hectares. The area next to the house is a large garden with several terraces. There is a barbecue area made of work and picnic to eat under the shade of the trees. You will also find the outdoor games room with tennis table, billiard, table football and chill out space and a large animal farmyard (chicken coop and donkeys). The pool area is elevated above the garden and dominates the whole estate with spectacular views. Finally, you will also find a large private car park.
