Sehr ruhig gelegenes und ansprechendes gemütliches Ferienhaus in Feldrandlage mitten im Grünen. Das großzügig geschnittene Architektenhaus mit einem großen (50 qm) gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und im Wohnraum integrierter Küche liegt im sehr ruhigen Luftkurort 34516 Vöhl-Marienhagen nur wenige Autominuten (ca.1 Kilometer Luftlinie) vom Edersee und 7 Kilometer von der Hansestadt Korbach entfernt.
Die beiden großzügigen und wohnlich möblierten Schlafzimmer (jeweils ca. 20 qm) sind mit jeweils einem Doppelbett ( 1,40m x 2 m und 2m x 2m ) und jeweils einem Badezimmer ausgestattet. Eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit ist in einem Gästebett optional möglich Es gibt zwei Terrassen und es stehen im Haus zwei Fernseher (55-Zoll-Smart-TV und 32-Zoll), sowie für den Hörgenuss in jedem Zimmer Radio zur Verfügung.
Die Ortsrandlage mit Fernblick garantiert absolute Entspannung, die einen Zeit und Raum vergessen lässt. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet der sehr umfangreich sortierte und günstige Edeka-Markt im direkten Nachbarort Vöhl. Direkt um das Haus herum gibt es bereits schönste Wanderwege mit Fernblick aber natürlich auch rund um den in direkter Nähe liegenden Edersee und im Naturschutzgebiet des Nationalpark Kellerwald (UNESCO-Weltnaturerbe).
Mit dem Auto ist die Vorfahrt auf das Grundstück bis direkt vor die Haustür möglich. Vormittags kann die Sonne auf dem eingewachsenen Vorplatz des Hauses genossen werden. In den Nachmittagsstunden dann auf der Terrasse auf der Südwestseite des Hauses. Das Haus steht inmitten einem 1.000 Quadratmeter großen parkähnlich angelegten Grundstück. Das Feriengebiet Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee ist sehr gut mit zahlreichen touristischen Attraktionen wie z.B. Freibad im Ort, eine Sommerrodelbahn, einem Baumwipfelpfad, einem Wildtierpark oder Ausflugsschiffen erschlossen:

Abschließend möchte ich für Interessenten mit kleinen Kindern anmerken, dass bitte den folgenden beiden Punkten Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt werden sollte:
1.) Im Wohnbereich befinden sich offene Treppen (siehe Fotos). Insbesondere für Kinder im Krabbelaalter könnten diese eine Gefährdung darstellen.
2.) Im Garten ist ein kleiner Teich bzw. ein kleines Feuchtbiotop angelegt. Die Wassertiefe beträgt zwar nur wenige Zentimeter (maximal 50 cm Tiefe) aber ich möchte trotzdem vorsorglich darauf hnweisen, dass auch hier in Bezug auf kleine Kinder besondere Obacht geboten ist.
Das Mitbringen von kleinen Hunden (bis 10 kg) ist erlaubt.

Summary: We had very nice holidays in the spacious FeWo. It's a beautiful spot with a wonderful view. We enjoyed to sit at the terrace. We had nice trips in the area, hiking in the beech forests (Kellerwald) and visiting the dam in the Edersee.
