• Free street parking is available.
• Please check local parking signs for restrictions.
• We are not responsible for any parking tickets or towing.

• Thursday – Paper, plastic, and cans
• Wednesday & Sunday – Mixed waste

🔧 Damages & Missing Items
• Any broken, burned, missing, or damaged items will be charged accordingly.
• Please report any accidental damages as soon as possible.

• We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but additional fees may apply (e.g changes to guest count).
📌 General Courtesy & Cleanliness
• Keep the house in a reasonable condition before checkout. Excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee.
• Dishes must be placed in the dishwasher before departure.
