Appartement de 36 m2 et 7 m2 de terrasse, rénové et meublé à neuf, très confortable et extrêmement lumineux, c'est un bonheur d'y séjourner.
Comme sur un bateau, la mer est omniprésente de tout l'appartement!
Capacité d'accueil 2 adultes maximum avec un enfant et un bébé.
Ce superbe appartement est conçu comme la suite d'un hôtel, avec une chambre en alcôve intimiste ou ouverte pour plus d’espace avec la vue sur la Mediterrannée, une cuisine indépendante mais semi-ouverte très bien équipée avec accès sur la terrasse, un espace salle à manger, un salon confortable,une entrée avec placard et penderie,belle salle de bain moderne avec sa grande douche. Les toilettes sont petits,mais séparés!

A coté du Casino Barrière, marché des Halles (tous les matins),musée Jean Cocteau,port,vieille ville, rue piétonne et centre historique à quelques minutes à pied.
LA FÊTE DU CITRON; les expositions d'agrumes et les défilés sont à deux pas, pas besoin d’acheter de tickets pour les gradins, vous serez bien mieux confortablement installés sur le balcon!! Les 3 derniers dimanches et jeudis de février.
Tous les commerces sont au pied de la résidence, je me ferai un plaisir de vous conseiller les bonnes adresses!
Le Mirazur restaurant multi étoilé et son chef élu meilleur chef au monde se trouve à Menton.
Pas d'établissement créant des nuisances à proximité.
Certains week-ends cette partie de la Promenade du Soleil est exclusivement piétonne.
La gare de Menton se trouve à 5 minutes à pied, rien de plus facile.
Les arrêts de bus sont juste à coté,rejoingner Monaco ou l'Italie en 15 minutes.
Vous séjournerez dans un appartement neuf, à la décoration moderne et soignée,très confortable avec des équipements de grande qualité.

Les places de parking dans la rue sont rares dans le secteur en toute saison et payantes à l'heure...et la police est active.
Possibilité d'une place de parking privée en sous sol d'une résidence neuve à quelques pas.
Rarissime en plein coeur de ville car l'accès est large et de grande hauteur pour tout type de véhicule même avec un coffre de toit.
Il est beaucoup plus proche de l’appartement que les parkings publics cela vous évitera tout stress et nombreuses contraventions.
