Positive: Ameel was such an amazing staff member! He remembered from my check in that I wanted food, so before his shift was over, he reminded me to order before the hotel restaurant closed, took my order, and brought my food to my door. Even though it was past the end of his shift, he accommodated all my other requests with a very positive attitude! Additionally, he went out of his way to help me figure out transport up to Osmeña Peak! He was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of helpful tips and guidance about my solo journey there. He was more than happy to share all this information and very upbeat and caring, asking what I was interested in seeing to better tailor information to me! All my interactions with him were very positive and helpful and I would not have been able to travel and enjoy my stay in Dalaguete without him.
Negative: I didn’t know that there were single rooms, so as a solo traveller, I ended up staying in a room for two that could take 4!
