Summary: This house was gorgeous and in a wonderful location. It had a beautiful pool and was close to the beach. However, the management company (Southern) was awful. They did not provide basics in the house. No trash baskets in the bathrooms. No dustpan. I asked for two days to get one. One dish towel for the week and no dishrag. I bought a couple for the week. I know you are supposed to bring your own trash bags, but there was not even one extra. Normally, rental homes near the beach will have beach chairs or a beach umbrella or even beach towels you can use for the week. Not here. No hair dryer. No sheet pan or strainer in the kitchen. It just seemed that there was nothing but the basics and we did not pay for a “basic” house. It was not very welcoming or hospitable. I loved the house, but I think the owner needs to reconsider who is running and representing it. I recommend the house but not this company.
