If you're looking for a private, fun filled, and relaxing getaway then look no further. Seashell Cottage is the vacation spot for you! It is located at Black Point, Exuma Cays on top of the hill with incredible views of our aquamarine waters. The cottage has an outside deck where you can sit and relax to watch the most beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, and at evening, watch the sun set over the Exuma Banks The cottage is equipped with all cooking utensils, linens Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning in every room for your comfort. You can book a boat tour with us to visit the many attractions Exuma has to offer. Some of these sites include the world's famous Swimming Pigs, The Exuma Land & Sea Park, Swimming with the Nurse Sharks, Sandbars, The Thunderball Grotto, Iguanas, Rachel's Bubble Bath, and a variety of snorkeling sites. In addition to cottage rentals, we also offer boat rentals with sizes ranging from 17ft Boston whalers to a 23ft contender. Golf carts and bicycles can be rented for getting around our quaint island. Groceries can be purchased before arrival at a cost; however, we do have three grocery stores on Black Point. Getting here is simple. There are two main airline carrier options that fly directly in and out of Black Point twice daily. You can fly into Nassau, and then take Flamingo Air or Titan Air direct to Black Point Exuma. Alternatively, you can take Makers Air from Ft Lauderdale Florida direct to Staniel Cay Exuma (our neighboring island), where we can pick you up and transport you to Black Point Exuma. There is a pickup and drop off fee to and from Staniel Cay.

Summary: We made our choice to come here after reading their amazing reviews. We were blown away and will certainly be coming back. Ida and her so Terren are amazing and make the entire process extremely easy. We flew from Fort Lauderdale vía Makers Air which have a ton of flights into Staniel Cay. Once you arrive at Staniel Cay , Terren will be waiting for you practically on the tarmac and it’s a really short 10 min boat ride to black point . The house is extremely clean and accommodating. All tv’s have a fire stick to log into nextflix or any other streaming app. The AC’s work really good. The town is very small, but a good cart is necessary. We rented the golf cart from ida for our stay. There are a few local really small grocery stores and a few local small local restaurants. The location of the house is the best part. It’s is facing the most amazing beach I’ve ever seen and it’s just a few steps down from the house. There are beach chairs and large umbrella for the guest to use and Terren provided a small cooler that we used to take to the beach everyday. The beach is basically private as we didn’t run into anyone our whole stay. A must do is the day trip with Terren that takes you to the 9 locations, swimming with the pigs , grottoes, iguana island, sunken plane snorkeling, etc. It was so amazing we chose to do it two days in a row. This island is very special and small. You won’t run into any other tourists, just locals who are extremely nice.
