We’re just steps away from the beach and only a short walk to the community pool. The outdoor shower, with both hot and cold water, is the perfect place to rinse off after spending the day in the sun. With two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a cozy loft, and a sleeper sofa, our home comfortably sleeps 7 guests. Come experience this slice of Paradise on Earth for yourself!
We’re just a short 5 minute drive from the town of Topsail Beach and a 15 minute drive to Surf City where there are plenty of local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops to enjoy!

Summary: This was a wonderful place to stay for vacation. The property is just right across the street- about 20 ft- from the walkway entrance to the beach. We could be on the beach in about 2-3 minutes from the front door. There is also a well kept swimming pool for the neighborhood just around the corner. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and plates to serve about 8 people. The condo has a great screened in porch overlooking a pond with fountain. This is by far the best place to stay on Topsail Island if you are looking for a non crowded and serene part of the beach. The owner is really nice and helpful. We are hoping to book the property again for our next vacation.
