This oceanfront condo complex is your one-stop ocean getaway destination. All guests of B-106 can enjoy the oceanfront proximity of the condo with DIRECT beach access, use of the clubhouse featuring a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, boat launch/storage, and day docks.
This unit B106 is located on the first floor and offers direct access to the beach from the unit. Entering the unit there is alaundry room directly on your right. Turning down the hallway into the open floor plan living area you will find afully equipped kitchen with bar seating on your left. Alarge pub height dining table for four in centered in the middle of the large room. Ahead is the living room with stunning ocean views, flat screen TV and sliding glass doors onto the large beach front deck. This room also has aqueen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.
To the right of the living area is a hallway to the units' two bedrooms. To the left is the master bedroom. This bedroom has a King sized bed, TV, private bathroom and sliding glass door out to the ocean front deck. Down the hallway is the second bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is located in between the two bedrooms. The second bedroom located on the sound side of the unit and has two twin beds and a sliding glass door out to the private sound view deck.
On the oceanfront deck, you will find ample tables and chairs for sunbathing or just enjoying the view. With both sound and oceanfront views, this unit is sure to please!

This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.
**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: *Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message to the number you previously provided. This text will include a hyperlink that will direct to the Property Guide with all your check-in instructions, directions, FAQ's, Wifi info, helpful tips, and most importantly your information on how to gain access to the property. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.
