Summary: very nice terrace with see view. but apartment is quite old, with very old furniture and bad smell. Apartment is at 3rd floor without elevator. Noise isolation is bad, and there was disturbing noise in the stairs. it was always very warm inside, despite windows opened, air conditioning would be really needed. Position is good to visit Portovenere, but the village Le Grazie is poor: 3 restaurants and a very small beach. The best is to rent boat in Portido, which is 2 min walking, and visit the area by boat.
