Beautiful Black Combe mountain towers in the background of the fantastic cottage, and offers breath taking views of the whole Lake District, coastline and even Scotland and the Isle of Man on a clear day if you follow the path to the summit.
With a Laguna within walking distance down the country lane providing water skiing, boating and inflatable children’s play area that’s on the water for summer fun, there’s plenty to do for all ages. Life jackets ect are available from the on site water sports centre.
The on-site bar/restaurant serves delicious meals and drinks all day and evening. Another cozy local pub “Herdwicks” also serves delicious food until late, this is also within a few minutes walk of Sea View cottage.
Hodbarrow nature reserve is also a few minutes walk down the lane onto the coastal path which also offers breath taking views of the coast and out to sea.
The main bedroom enjoys views over the horse paddock to the front and views out to the coastline and sea.
