La proprietà è immersa in uno splendido giardino di circa 1500 mq, un’oasi naturale di piante mediterranee, succulente, siepi fiorite e ulivi, organizzati armoniosamente su di un curato prato all’inglese. Dalla veranda che si estende per un lato della casa e dal terrazzo soprastante il corpo dell’ edificio è possibile ammirare un incredibile paesaggio mare-cielo che si colora la sera dei toni intensi di tramonti mozzafiato.
La villa è totalmente indipendente, e la distanza da altre abitazioni garantisce agli ospiti un’ottima privacy e una calma romantica senza pari.
GLI SPAZI INTERNI
L’impronta mediterranea caratterizza gli ambienti pensati in relazione ad un rapporto continuo e dinamico con l’esterno, le geometrie e le soluzioni architettoniche che definiscono gli spazi sono stati progettati in funzione della luce, dell’ombra e della direzione dei venti.

Da un lato 1 camera matrimoniale con ampia finestra sul giardino e un bagno en suite con cabina doccia. Dall'altro lato 2 stanze da letto: la prima singola e la seconda con un divano che all’occorrenza può diventare un comodo letto matrimoniale. Le grandi finestre di entrambe le camere hanno vista sul giardino. Alla fine del corridoio vi è il bagno padronale, finestrato, con spaziosa cabina doccia.

Gli spazi esterni sono stati progettati per godere al massimo della splendida vista sul mare e per consentire agli ospiti di passare momenti piacevoli e di puro relax all’aperto. Nella veranda ombreggiata che corre lungo un’intera facciata della casa sono presenti due divani di design, comode poltrone, pouf e un grande tavolo da pranzo da 8 posti. Un breve vialetto in pietra conduce dal patio alla zona attrezzata per barbecue e a un’ampia doccia esterna.
