Ocean views from this recently renovated 2bed, 1bath - bright and airy 2nd floor condo. One block to beach and river! Bike ride to Sandy Hook and downtown Sea Bright shops and restaurants. Short drive to NYC ferry. One parking spot included and outdoor entertaining space with gas grill.
Fully furnished, king bed in BR1 and Twin with trundle in BR2. Sleep sofa in LR, sleeps 6. Best suited for 2 adults + kids as twin bed is a trundle and has a weight limit, as does the sofa bed.
Please Note: Summer 2024 - there is construction on the block behind the house. The primary bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and the AC units provide white noise. We are happy to provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to the noise, please let us know!

Summary: This apartment was great for my family of four. It was clean, spacious and had everything we could possibly need including games for my kids to play! We were steps away from the nicest public beach that felt private and a few minute drive to all restaurants. Lisa answered any questions we had promptly. Highly recommend and would stay in the future.
