Welcome to your iconic "beach" pad! This first floor studio apartment with a KING BED, bath and small kitchenette is perfect for your St Augustine getaway. It is located in a triplex in the charming Fullerwood neighborhood, about 1 mile from theold city gates and 2 miles from the beach, it is close to trolleys, the Fountain of Youth and the Old Jail and small shops and coffee houses. Free parking on the property for one car. You can bring your dog for a $20 fee per stay!
King suite on bottom floor of triplex. Small eat-in kitchen and private bath with tub/shower. This is a downstairs unit with another unit upstairs, you may hear footsteps.
Very walkable, safe residential neighborhood right off the main drag and behind the Florida Motel. Parking is onsite in the driveway (one space is provided). Additional parking is available on the street out front. Bike, taxi, drive, Uber or Lyft to downtown!
We are conveniently located on the edge of Fullerwood Drive, a safe walkable neighborhood and right off of San Marco Avenue for easy access to a quick drive to the historic district! We are just minutes away from dining and attractions of St Augustine and to Vilano Beach!
Please note that there is a train track a couple of blocks away and that you may occasionally hear trains, as well as mild traffic.
