Designed with anglers in mind, the property offers a dream setup with two electronic boat lifts, a long dock that can accommodate up to two additional boats, and a convenient bait net on a pulley system to easily catch live bait. There’s even a dedicated fish cleaning station to make your catch of the day feel even more rewarding. NOTE: There is no security fence between the backyard and the water.
BOAT LIFT OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS: After lowering boat, make sure you shut motor for lift off BEFORE leaving the dock.
For those who love entertaining, the summer kitchen with easy access to the backyard is perfect for "cooking with a view" and outdoor gatherings. RULES
Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges: Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. No pets allowed.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit. The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver, stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.
