The large kitchen, dining, and living space combine to create the ultimate modern, open floor plan. The dining table seats 10 comfortable and the living room is cozy with a wood burning fireplace and 75" Smart TV. French doors off the kitchen take you to a beautifully furnished covered patio.
The kitchen is a chef's dream with a large island and gourmet GE Profile appliances. It's been fully stocked and comes with everything needed to prepare and serve a scrumptious meal including a slow cooker, blender, toaster, electric griddle, drip coffee pot, and a Keurig. It's stocked with cooking spices and a hot beverage station including coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

The game room offers a bit of nostalgic fun with a Miss Pac Man and a Street Fighter Arcade. There's also a 55" smart tv and plenty of board games for the whole family. This space doubles as a 5th bedroom with a queen-sized pullout sofa sleeper bed. Bedding is provided.
