Positive: The view and outside area is amazing, even in bad weather. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Very quiet. The host is very nice and helpful. Unexpectedly the Pitztal card was included, which is a big bonus.
Negative: The wifi signal is not very strong throughout the apartment.
