Positive: We loved Schottenhof! Silvia is an excellent host, and was very accommodating and communicative when there was a slight change to breakfast time one day. She made us eggs in addition to providing a wonderful continental breakfast. I absolutely loved visiting with and being so close to the animals (pigs, cows, goats, donkeys, chickens) however not smelling them at all from the room. The room was clean and larger than expected, and the view of the mountains that we woke up with was breathtaking. I do wish we had shampoo/body wash in the bathrooms, however we were able to buy our own cheaply. I loved being walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Fulpmes but also being tucked away enough that you feel like you are in the quiet countryside. We would stay here again!
