Accessing from the front of the house we can find an exclusive patio equipped for outdoor dining; from the patio we can access the living room, where we find a double sofa bed, dining table and kitchen area; from the living room we can move into the large double bedroom with French window overlooking the external patio, bathroom with tub with box. The apartment has a parking space inside the garage.
The opening of the swimming pool is scheduled from the end of May to the beginning of October, yet to be defined.
