This is a lovely house which is within a short walk to Broulee Beach. It is super relaxed with a holiday vibe.
Enter into the huge open plan living/dining/kitchen. There are gorgeous comfy lounges, a wood burning fire and lovely dining setting with a kitchen that has everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday.
There is a study space here if you need to work from home.
This part of the house has 2 bedrooms, a stunning newly renovated bathroom and laundry.
Walk out the french doors at the back and there is a large undercover patio area with outdoor setting and BBQ.
The outdoor shower is handy for washing down after a day at the beach.
This is where you will find bedroom 3 complete with a brand new ensuite.
This house is perfectly located - within minutes walk to the beaches, the very popular Broulee Brewhouse and the Mossy on the Beach cafe. You will be able to leave the car and completely unwind.
There is wifi provided and also an EV charger for your electric car, and all linen/shampoo and essentials are included.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at Sand at Broulee over an extended weekend near the beach. The house looked recently renovated, had plenty of space and modern amenities include a washing machine, dish washer, large TV, very comfortable beds, clean showers, and an outdoor shower for cleaning off when returning from the beach. One street back from the beach it was very quiet in the evenings. The Broulee shops, including the Brew House with electric vehicle charging stations out the front is only 10 mins walk away.
