The villa (built late 2012), is fully air conditioned, tastefully decorated and with lovely furniture gleaned on various continents (art deco Caribbean, Chinese Ming African). She understands :
- a very spacious living room with a large flat screen connected to the satellite TV (orange), WiFi internet;
- a fully equipped open kitchen
- Three bedrooms with large closets (2 of which equipped with a bed of 140 and one of 2 single beds trundle. Each bedroom has its adjoining bathroom and toilet;
- A laundry room with a washer / dryer.
The villa is equipped with a luxury European comfort: kitchenette, air conditioning, electric water heaters, UPS (battery and partial solar power), booster, solar pool pump, LED TV, etc. and a 10m x 5m swimming pool in a large garden.
In lush flowers and exotic plants, the villa is rented out by the week and give you the best comfort in an idyllic location, close to the sea ... you will find serenity around the private pool, its deck chairs in the shade of palm trees, and an outdoor shower.
His vast ventilated terrace, equipped with a dining table and numerous divans, you will take meals and relax. You will fall asleep every night with the gentle sound of waves ... enjoying the seaside winds.
The villa is located on a plot of 900 sqm, 1 km from the center of Saly and shops. It is ideally located in a beautiful residential area, very quiet, 100 m from the beach.
You will have access to the entire Ground Floor of the villa (A 4th bedroom - master suite - on the floor is not included in the rent)
