Spectacular villa with a unique charm and in an environment of great beauty.
The house is located on top of a hill, in a quiet area called La Suiza Española, overlooking beautiful mountains and bucolic valleys under which the unique village of Robledo de Chavela hides.
All rooms have great charm, are cozy and have wonderful views through its many windows or windows.
On the ground floor we find two adjoining rooms, one of 70m2 and another of 45m2. The main one is very spacious, with comfortable sofas and television. The second, fully glazed, with spectacular 180º views, has a Norwegian fireplace, chester sofas and dining table. The elegant and rustic kitchen, with marble countertop and island in the center, opens to the main hall so that all guests can enjoy unique moments together. A small and beautiful toilet, is also on this same floor.
In the second height we access four bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with wooden floors and beams that provide all rooms with great charm and warmth.
Finally, on the third floor, we find an impressive attic suite of 70 m2 with large window and wooden ceilings. It also has a full bathroom.
The house, of more than 300 m2, has 6 independent rooms each with capacity for two people: 5 bedrooms and the spacious living room with a sofa bed. Additionally, we have several extra beds so that guests can accommodate and distribute to their liking.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, utensils, etc.
The plot of 2,000 m2 is flat and comfortable, with spacious and spectacular views of the mountains. It has many areas to enjoy: a cool and pleasant porch; a covered barbecue with sink, fridge and dishwasher; a chillout space; A playground for children.
Robledo de Chavela is a municipality in Madrid that preserves the flavor of a traditional town but with all the services (supermarkets, cinemas, shops, restaurants, medical center, train station).
