Positive: Location, cleanliness. No smell . . The staff were very good and polite. They did their best.
Negative: Pool was our biggest attraction as we were travelling with elderly parents and kinds from age 7 to 12 Even march end the pool water was cold and the kids in their excitement went into the pool,but were out of of pool in 20 minutes as the water was cold. Heated pool is a must as lonavala is still called a hill station. . The curtains need to be a black out ones. OR YOU NEED TO CARRY EYE MASK. The owners need to up their game if they want the same people to come back. We would not go back to this property agaain as we feel its not value for money
