This apartment is a semi-level apartment. The apartment door is one floor below the entrance. The bedroom is adjacent to the floor. The living room is on the 1st floor and there is another apartment below it. I would like to mention this for transparency. There are also detailed pictures of the windows of the building in the photos.
The apartment is not shared. It belongs only to you.
There is a double bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is suitable for 3 people.
