Positive: Great, tranquil location. Superb view from the terrace. Close to beautiful beach (but shortest way is a steep narrow path). Access to beatiful neighboring beaches via Cami de Ronda. The price seems right for the location. It is not cheap, but you are within walking distance to the beach and 2 adults + 3/4 kids sleep comfortably.
Negative: I would slightly ease restrictions regarding use of washing mashine and dishwasher. You are requested to use only rapid mode, which doesn't work properly (in case of dishwasher rapid mode leaves the dishes dirty, even the tablet is only half-dissolved). We would also recommend to put some deckchairs on the terrace. It is such a lovely place to lie down and read a book, but you miss a comfortable furniture. Finally we bought a small foldable deckchair, that we took also to the beach and we left it in the apartment.
Summary: Good place for a beach holiday on the most beatiful part of Costa Brava.
