The house is located in the hamlet Prantach, house no. 31, community Kaunerberg, at about 1300 m above sea level, is detached with balcony surrounded by meadows and some fruit trees. The Kaunerberg is a typical Tyrolean mountain village with about 300 inhabitants, mainly active in agriculture. The house includes on premises in the basement a fully equipped kitchen, everything available to cook for yourself (fitted kitchen brand Beckermann). It is possible to heat a kitchen stove with wood and coal, but all rooms are also equipped with electric radiators. Opposite is the wood-paneled living room, a Tyrolean-style parlor, with an old farmhouse stove that you only need to heat with wood. WC and shower are also in the basement. Hot water for the shower and for the kitchen via electric boiler. Color TV, radio, electr. Electric blankets are available. Upstairs are the bedrooms, three double bedrooms and one twin, which is a connecting room to one of the double bedrooms.
