As you work through the home, you will find yourself in the quaint open living area. The fully stocked kitchen opens up to a dining room with a luxury wooden table and custom light fixture that seats eight guests. The large living area is divided into two separate sections, the first area offers guests three sofas to sit back, relax, and watch nature or watch the little ones splash in the pool outside. This area is also perfect for family game nights or just relaxing and reading a book. On the other side, guests will enjoy sitting on a sectional sofa and watching their favorite game or show on the 70-inch smart TV with cable.
The large French doors open up to the private pool and patio area, which provide guests with more outdoor dining seating, as well as a heated pool with a spill-over spa. A screened-in enclosure provides a peaceful experience for guests.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation

While staying in this property you will be able to use the majority of Reunion's amenities such as 6 swimming pools, bike hire, on-site restaurants, and bars.
